“I come from high-performing, high-demand environments.  I’ve worked for a top advertising agency, a publicly-traded international steel processor where I spoke Spanish every day and made transactions in millions of dollars, and an international software company.  In these jobs, I faced tight timelines, frequent travel, working a minimum of 60-70 hours/week and very demanding clients.

And due to the high stress, for years, I woke up every day with my heart pounding and shallow breath.  Over time, I decided to go onto anxiety medication because I could not cope otherwise.  

One day, when I was about to pop my next pill, I decided that I was done.  I didn’t care what it would take— I would figure out how to heal myself and my pain so I didn’t have to take medication to just “get by,” to “cover it up.”

After a 10+ year journey, I now live with a level of peace and calm in my life that I never knew was possible before. I created Be Light Consulting 9 years ago and have worked with many high-performing business professionals to teach them what I wish I had known over a decade ago.
